Precise Consulting was founded by Jamie Lloyd-Davies, an experienced construction planning consultant, delay analysis consultant and forensic planning specialist with more than 25 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry.

Jamie holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management, an MSc in Surveying, is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). He began his career as a Project Engineer before developing extensive expertise in construction planning, project controls, construction delay analysis, forensic planning, and the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and technical submissions for complex construction projects.

Throughout his career, Jamie has provided planning, programming and dispute resolution services on behalf of leading contractors, subcontractors, developers, engineers, employers, law firms, insurers and project owners across a wide range of sectors. He has been responsible for the preparation and management of complex construction programmes, the analysis of project delays and disruption, and the delivery of independent technical advice on major construction and engineering projects in both the UK and internationally.

Jamie has been appointed as an independent delay expert on numerous occasions, providing impartial expert witness services in support of adjudication, arbitration and litigation. His expertise includes construction delay analysis, forensic delay analysis, critical path analysis, project controls, construction programming, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and the preparation of robust technical reports that assist clients in resolving complex construction disputes.
