We have substantial experience in project planning and preparing expert reports / submissions in relation to extension of time entitlements and disruption matters for the purpose of extension of time claims, negotiation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation, Delay to Start Up 'DSU' / Business Interruption 'BI' claims and legal / court proceedings.

Our Story

Precise Consulting was founded by Jamie Lloyd-Davies. Jamie holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Project Management, an MSc in Surveying and is a Chartered Construction Manager and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Jamie commenced his career as a project engineer and has over 25 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industry working on contentious and non-contentious projects.

Jamie has been highly involved in the project planning and project management on many complex projects on behalf of leading contractors, sub-contractors, property developers, engineers, law firms, insurers, and end users. Jamie has been appointed as an independent delay expert on numerous occasions.
